We love this girl!

Finally, done with tests, done with papers, done with worrying . . . for now. It's nice to have one more semester behind us. The summer's going to be busy, but it will be nice to spend time on something other than school full time. On Thursday, we were wondering since classes are done, where is the summer weather?Thankfully, the snow only stuck around for a little while, and by Friday afternoon we were ready to start a string of parties to celebrate this little girl's first birthday. Friday afternoon we got to party with Grandma and Grandpa Webb. We all enjoyed some delicious cupcakes that Janae made while Ainslie worked on a carrot stick (she did get some cupcake too). Later that evening we had several of our friends from high school come over to our apartment. It's been a while since we've all been together, and we enjoyed the chance to catch up.
While the rest of us were visiting, Ainslie spent most of the evening playing in her new favorite spot, the bookshelf. The next day we were able to get together with Sue, Breezy, Adam and Angie for one more party.
Putting together some birthday presents requires a whole team of dedicated engineers.Sunday afternoon it was off to Payson for a party with Grandma Jody, Grandpa Dave, Michael and Heather. It was a great afternoon to get out and run around the lawn for a little bit and enjoy the flowers. Ainslie got lots of great presents from everyone, and we're very grateful for everyone who loves our little girl. She got lots of fun toys, new clothes, and even a BYU book. What a great birthday!

She's so adorable Janae! I stumbled across your blog from Craig and Veva's. And how do you know Baxter and Gwen?

She is so cute! Sounds like you guys had a fun Birthday Party! We're moving out of the ward, but we'll still have to keep in touch through blogging!
